Sparkling Wine Flavor. A small amount goes a long ways. LorAnn's super strength oils are 3 to 4 times the strength of water (alcohol-based) based extracts. Use in candy making, cakes, cookies, frostings, chocolate coatings, desserts, ice cream and other confectionery applications. 1 Fl Dram. This flavoring is very popular in wedding items as well as chocolates and truffles.
When substituting these oils for extracts, use 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon for 1 teaspoon of extract.
