Introduction October 1, 2001 and retirement December 31. 2001.  ERRORS: -The year on tag (2000) doesn’t match tush tag (2001). -No commas at the end of each line. - Extra space between TY and INC on tush tag. - Has REG.NO PA. 1965(KR) on tush tag. - Inside of tush tag is stamped “46J31Z5H”
